Val\u00e9rie Grenier, Canadian alpine ski athlete and Tremblant ambassador, is a rising star in her sport. Among other accomplishments, she’s won the title of FIS World Cup champion and FIS World Championship medallist.<\/p>\n
She took a break from traveling and settled in her hometown of Mont-Tremblant, this summer, for her physical preparation ahead of the next ski season. Weight training sessions, road and mountain biking, yoga, and paddleboarding were part of her busy schedule.
