Where to go

  • General and Fan Zones:
    You have the option of parking in the VIP ($) or P1 parking lots for direct access, otherwise parking lots P2 and P3 are served by free shuttles. For added convenience, note that a shuttle service will also link the North and South sides to bring you directly to the event site (from 7 a.m to 1 a.m on Saturday and from 7 a.m to 11 p.m on Sunday).

  • Prestige Zone:
    Head to the VIP parking lot at the base of the pedestrian village. An exit ticket will be given to you with your accreditation.

Accreditation Pick-up

  • General and Fan Zones:
    Head directly to the access gates, at the base of the mountain, either on foot via rue des Remparts or via the Cabriolet lift which is located opposite the Chalet des Voyageurs. Show your QR code at one of the access gates to receive your entry bracelet. You will receive an email containing your electronic tickets 24 hours before the day of the event. If purchased the same day, you will receive an email containing the QR code a few minutes following your purchase.
  • Prestige Zone:
    Take the Cabriolet lift via the Cabriolet Prestige Priority Access line, then head to La Forge restaurant, located in the Place Saint-Bernard, to collect your Prestige Zone accreditation.

Access to the Zone

  • General and Fan Zones:
    Your access allows you to enter and exit the site at your convenience. To locate the different entry points, please consult the map below.
  • Prestige Zone:
    To access the Prestige Zone, go to La Forge restaurant, located a few steps from the Fairmont, at Place Saint-Bernard. Your access allows you to enter and exit the site at your convenience.

I have not received my tickets

You will receive an email containing your electronic tickets 24 hours before the day of the event. If bought your access on the day of the event, you will receive an email containing the QR code a few minutes following your purchase.
If you have not received your tickets on the day of the event, please present your confirmation email to one of our ticket offices.

Out-of-Zone Experience

Your access will allow you to discover the Exhibitors’ village, located within the General Zone at the foot of the slopes. Outside the Zones, you can also explore the resort’s many restaurants, shops, and activities. Zone access does not include ski tickets. If you want to go skiing, you must obtain a valid lift ticket.

Shows & Entertainment

The bib draw, as well as the shows on Friday and Saturday, will all take place at the Place des Voyageurs, at the foot of the pedestrian village, opposite the clock tower.

Official Products

Do you want to wear the Tremblant World Cup colours during race weekend? The Alpine, Magasin de la Place and Explore boutiques offer several items with the event logo. Stop by to pick up your souvenir!

Eco-responsibility

The Tremblant World Cup is a certified eco-friendly event — Level 2 eco responsible certificate from the BNQ recognized by the Conseil québécois des événements écoresponsable (Sustainable Event Council).  We invite you to contribute to its success in terms of sustainability. You can do this by taking care to sort your waste, encourage carpooling or public transportation and complete the survey via the QR codes displayed on our sorting stations.

Lost & Found

Lost and found items in the pedestrian village and on the mountain are tracked through a database managed by Tremblant, in collaboration with Chargerback. To claim your lost item, simply fill out the form below.
