Validity

  • Tickets are valid for the planned day of use (date specific).
  • The lift ticket included in the Prestige package is valid throughout the season, except on Saturdays and during the following periods: December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026, and February 14 to 20, 2026.

Purchase

  • Tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 1-866-356-2247 (toll-free) or at the multiservice centre (except for Prestige zone tickets not available on site)
  • Advance purchase is strongly recommended.
  • Peewee 4 and under do not need a ticket.
  • Limit of 5 tickets per transactions for Prestige zone.
  • Royalty and taxes extra. Rates, royalty and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

  • General Admission and PwC Preferred Viewing tickets: You will receive an email containing a QR code a few minutes after your purchase. The morning of the event, head directly to the access gates, at the base of the mountain, either on foot via rue des Remparts or via the Cabriolet lift which is located opposite the Chalet des Voyageurs. Show your QR code at one of the access gates to receive your entry bracelet.
  • Prestige tickets: You will receive communications prior to the event. The morning of the event, take the Cabriolet lift via the Cabriolet Prestige Priority Access line, then head to La Forge restaurant, located in the Place Saint-Bernard, to collect your access bracelet and spend your day with us. Your parking ticket will be in the welcome package.

Refund

  • Tickets are not refundable.

Restrictions

  • Tickets are not transferable.
  • We reserve the right to contact the buyer and cancel reservations if a transaction exceeds the maximum number of tickets.
