Valérie Grenier, Canadian alpine ski athlete and Tremblant ambassador, is a rising star in her sport. Among other accomplishments, she’s won the title of FIS World Cup champion and FIS World Championship medallist.

She took a break from traveling and settled in her hometown of Mont-Tremblant, this summer, for her physical preparation ahead of the next ski season. Weight training sessions, road and mountain biking, yoga, and paddleboarding were part of her busy schedule. The athlete also took the opportunity to reconnect with her loved ones as well as with local sports legends. Find out more in the video blow.

Join us for the FIS Audi Alpine Skiing World Cup next December and come cheer on Valérie and the other Canadian and international athletes on site.
